What is allowed at the event.
Marquees & picnic tables can be erected on the outer apron .
We are being allowed to use this venue for free. Please put your waste items in the receptacles provided. Or take them home to dispose accordingly.
The area front of stage is for families & individuals with picnic rugs .
Alcohol is permitted.
The event director has the unequivocal right to refuse permission to the event.
